Anthony John Frank
Anthony is a member of the Moapa Band of Paiutes. He has served on the Tribal Council for thirteen years and was Vice Chairman for two terms. He is still involved with Tribal Council affairs (Water Board Committee). Anthony was a pivotal member of the Tribal business overseeing operations negotiating contracts for an opportunity to install the first Solar Plant on Native Land.
Anthony is a licensed chaplain with Messages of Faith Ministries and works closely with METRO responding to Rebuilding the City Around Peace (RECAP). He also serves as a mentee for Jon Ponder’s Hope for Prisoners.
Anthony understands the major issues within Native American Tribes and along with his wife, Della Frank, they travel to Nevada Tribes to present the evidence-based research on under lying issues related to human trafficking on Tribes. They are advocates to build stronger communities and to encourage positive change at the local Tribes. They have recently been commissioned to pastor the Moapa Christian Church on the Moapa River Indian Reservation.
