Founded and operated by high school students, Free 2 Express is a non-profit organization born out of their recognition that they needed more guidance in disagreeing appropriately. They created the concept of “FREE”: Find common ground; Respectfully listen; Express your opinion; End as friends. Using a lighthearted approach with candy and humor, they teach these principles to fellow students. Over the years, this initiative has empowered many kids and teenagers, providing them with increased confidence, leadership opportunities, and lasting friendships.
